- Numerous consumers from PA, Florida, Texas, and South Carolina contacted me about problems and issues with their EppiCard – a state government issued debit card for child support payments, unemployment compensation payments and other type payments. In every case after contacting the governor’s of the states involved; Governor Edward Rendell of PA, Governor Charlie Crist of Florida, Governor Rick Perry of Texas, and Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina, I was able to get the matter resolved for the consumers. After several months of trying to find out who the company was that managed the card, I discovered the name of the company that manages the program and I now work with an executive at the company that administers the program when ever there is a problem with a consumer’s EppiCard.
