At this point in my life I am dedicating my time and efforts to preparing to walk across Scranton PA as well as America. I am doing so to promote the eternal hope, love and faith I have found in my relationship with God as well as create awareness about what it is like living with 2 brain tumors and being disabled in America. I am also doing my walks to raise funding for education, research, and for patient services for people with Brain Cancers and Brain Tumors and their families.

I am doing my walks to show what one ordinary person with faith in the extraordinary God and themselves can accomplish if only they believe.

The Positive Consumer/Corporate Advocacy Services I Provide To Help People 
 
As the world's most positive based Consumer/Corporate Advocate I receive many requests from consumers on a daily basis for my assistance. Because of the number of requests for help and consumer inquiries I receive and the time it takes to respond, it can take me up to 3-5 business days for me to get back you as a consumer. 
 
As a consumer advocate I do not promise or guarantee results to the consumers who reach out to me as I am not responsible for how the representatives of companies or government agencies respond. Most consumers are extremely pleased with the results I achieve; however, occasionally there are a few consumers who do not achieve results because either the representatives of the company do not care about their customers or the consumer does not have a justifiable complaint. 
 
Please note and understand that I can not make any guarantee that I will be able to help you get your complaint or issue satisfactorily resolved. If I believe however that you have a justifiable complaint or issue I will do everything humanly possible to assist you in getting your complaint or issue resolved in a positive manner.
 
I have experienced many successes as a consumer/corporate advocate: such as helping consumers resolve their complaints or issues with such companies as Dell Computers, Comcast, Verizon, DIRECTV, EppiCard, The USPS, AAmco Transmissions, Mercedes Benz, Bragada Mattresses, Advanced Wellness Research, Digital River, Inmate Telephone Inc., Correctional Billing Services and others. I have  also assisted consumers with complaints, issues or inquiries with such government agencies as the Social Security Administration, The PA Bureau of Disability Determination, The PA Department of Revenue, The PA Department of Corrections, the FTC, The SEC, The FCC and numerous others. 
 
I have helped consumers with such issues or concerns as computer related problems, cable or telephone service issues, inmate telephone services, bullying of children and youth, homelessness, inmate related problems with various state correctional departments or facilities, customer service complaints with companies as well as numerous other issues and concerns. 
 
I also provide relevant and up to date consumer related information on my consumer blog keeping consumers informed of such issues as product or service recommendations, product or food related recalls, health and medical information from the FDA, consumer related information from the FTC and the CPSC, consumer alerts, fraud and scam alerts or other important and helpful information.
 
I will respond to you either by email or phone. I may respond to you by phone to provide you the information you need to resolve your complaint or issue yourself or to gather more information so that I can help you. I provide my consumer advocacy services to all and does so at my own expense.
