Why I created the HaroldSays Website!
Through the past several years of my life I have been called upon to advocate for people regarding a number of different consumer related situations. As a result of my success in helping people resolve their complaints or concerns with companies as well as with government agencies satisfactorily I created HaroldSays and my HaroldSays website and blog so that I could help more consumers.
I have positively and successfully assisted consumers in resolving their complaints or concerns with such companies as Dell Computers, Sears, Assurant Solutions, DIRECTV, Comcast, Verizon. Correctional Billing Services, EppiCard and many others. I have also helped consumers resolve their concerns or get their questions answered with such government agencies as The US Army, The Social Security Administration, DFAS, The PA Department of Welfare, The PA Department of Corrections as well as with many county and state government agencies across our country.
I have created my website to help consumers who can get their legally justified complaints resolved without the assistance of an attorney, and do not have the ability to create their own web blog or site.
NOTE: Due to health reasons related to my having 2 brain tumors I have greatly curtailed my consumer advocacy services at this time. I will keep you posted as to what I will be doing in the future as soon as I know.
