What Does the "Positive Business" Certification Mean? It means that a business agrees to resolve all justifiable consumer complaints in
a prompt and timely manner. It also means that the business agrees to
operate their business in a positive manner with high ethical standards being committed to
providing outstanding customer service to their customers.
The benefits for a business being a certified business:
- No
complaint against a business will be posted on the HaroldSays website
or consumer blog. The business will be given an opportunity to address and
resolve the complaint positively and privately.
- The
company will be given the opportunity to defend itself against
potentially defamatory or libelous statements submitted to HaroldSays.
- Other
consumer complaints websites will be notified of potentially defamatory
or libelous statements posted about the company on their websites.
The benefits for the consumer:
- The consumer's information is kept confidential.
- Positive and effective consumer advocacy is provided to resolve the consumer's complaint or issue in a timely manner.
