Since 2006 God has enabled and empowered me to help literally thousands of consumers with positive and effective complaint resolution for their complaints and issues with companies and government agencies worldwide. God has blessed me with an international reputation for being successful at helping consumers resolve their complaints, concerns, or issues, or getting their consumer related questions answered in a prompt and positive manner. Due to a number of reasons I will no longer be providing consumer/corporate advocacy services until further notice.

I am first and foremost a lover and disciple of Jesus Christ.
I am a father of 3 sons, a friend, a brain tumor survivor, a Bible College student, a book lover and blogger.
I love God, Jesus Christ, the Word of God, my family, my friends, and life!
My primary mission now in life is to love and serve God and his son Jesus Christ!
